MISSION
Our mission is to recruit, develop, and serve students of the construction industry by promoting innovative educational pathways to rewarding careers in an inclusive, highly skilled and prosperous construction workforce.
THE NEED
By 2027, over 45,000 new skilled trades professionals are needed in Colorado.

INVEST IN TOMORROW’S WORKFORCE
The construction industry has been given an Essential Business designation in recognition of the importance of construction to our growing community and economy. Industry experienced Baby-Boomer workers are continuing to retire while the demand for skilled trades workers continues. We must forge ahead with our education and workforce development efforts to replace
the retirees and add new skilled trades workers to support Colorado’s construction industry.
