Vertix Builders Announces Successful Completion of Kabin Apartments
 Vertix Builders, a culture-focused construction company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of Kabin (www.liveatkabin.com), a 200 design-forward apartment building developed by Zeppelin Development in RiNo.
Kabin provides attainably priced apartments to service industry and young professionals with
a downtown location and amenities that work well for them. Designed by a collaboration including Dynia Architects, Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture, and Wenk Associates; the residences are primarily one-bedrooms with wood panel detailing on the exterior and interior areas,
providing a warmer pallet. Enhanced appliances, lighting and plumbing fixture packages are provided, and operable glass garage doors – a Zeppelin signature – are included in every unit to maximize sunlight and fresh air.
Residents enjoy easy access to all of the amenities and services on the TAXI campus, including restaurants, a shipping container pool, conference rooms, community garden, early childcare education center and more.
  Pinkard Completes Construction of Atlantis Apartments Mixed-Use Development
Pinkard Construction Company, with the Atlantis Community Foundation and Ratio/Humphries Poli Architects, celebrated the grand opening of the new $16.5 million Atlantis Apartments I at 201 S. Cherokee. Located two blocks from the Alameda light rail station in the Baker neighborhood of Denver, Atlantis is a 69,212- sf. mixed-use facility with first-floor office space and three floors of residential space with 63 one- and two- bedroom units. The units are universally designed to be adaptable and accessible so that up to 25 percent of
the units can be occupied by lower-income persons with disabilities.

The retail portion of the project includes 5,000-sf of office space on the ground floor, to be occupied by Atlantis Community Inc. (ACI), a museum featuring the history of disability rights; a 1,200-sf community room; and a training lab where residents can learn and develop independent living skills.
This project marks Pinkard’s 51st HUD/LIHTC multi- family project. The company has a 58-year history of helping its multi-family residential clients throughout their funding acquisition phase assisting with the key financing milestones.
