Future Legends Complex Officially Announces Partnerships with Hensel Phelps, Galloway & Company, Inc.
Hensel Phelps and Galloway have been involved in the Future Legends Complex project since last year, including the groundbreaking in October of 2019. To date, Hensel Phelps has performed mass grading on more than 100 acres, begun underground utility work, and recently finalized the early completion of two multipurpose fields, as well as preliminary parking lots.
Future Legends Complex is a new 118-acre sports, entertainment, and retail development coming
to Northern Colorado that offers state-of-the-art playing facilities, potential professional sports organizations, dorm-style lodging for tournament
participants, as well as hospitality options, restaurants and other amenities on-site.

Tobin Associates and OLC Design East High School Swimming Pool
Laramie County School District awarded Tobin & Associates, P.C. and OLC (Ohlson Lavoie Corporation)
the design of the East High School Swimming Pool Replacement project in early 2019. The $16.6 M project is now under construction and is slated to be complete in late fall 2021.
Tobin & Associates joined forces with OLC and Counsilman-Hunsaker Aquatics to provide architectural design and construction administration services for the
replacement of the existing swimming pool at East High School. The current pool is well over 50 years old, with only six swim lanes. The facility will be about 32,700 gsf, and the new pool will be an approximately 75’ x 120’ stretch pool with 10 swim lanes and a movable bulkhead; restrooms, shower and locker rooms, mechanical equipment room, pool equipment storage room, spectator seating, and competitor seating areas, and
an administrative office and custodial room.
RidgeGate Shows Significant Progress and Growth in 2020
The RidgeGate community in Lone Tree, Colorado, continues to see significant forward momentum despite the many challenges faced this year due to the pandemic and economic conditions. Both the east and west sides of RidgeGate are evolving as residential neighborhoods are being built near the thousands of acres of natural open space, parks and trails. A variety of shopping and dining options have reopened, and business districts are gaining new tenants.
On the west side of RidgeGate numerous large-scale projects are taking shape. Charles Schwab's mixed -use retail, conference center and parking building is now complete and Kiewit's New Regional Campus will open mid-2021. Additionally, the 240-unit Sky Ridge Station Apartments are expected to begin construction before the end of 2020.
On the east side of the community three residential projects are under contract and proceeding through design and entitlements leading to construction starts in early 2021 and over 2500 new homes upon completion.
RidgeGate continued the construction of over $40 million in public infrastructure work during the pandemic, keeping workers employed and staying on track with pre-development infrastructure.
RidgeGate is also in the process of selecting a provider to build out a state-of-the-art fiberoptic and 5G wireless network on the east side to support residents and businesses who, now more than ever, need best-in-class Internet connectivity.
