Mary Morissette, FAIA NCARB is a Principal and Healthcare Studio Director in the Denver office of Hord Coplan Macht. She is passionate about promoting the value of architects, architecture and good design to as wide an audience as possible. Mary has dedicated her career to advocating for the value of good design through professional service and community engagement.
Dana Hougland is a principal of Shen Milsom & Wilke, LLC and a fellow of the Acoustical Society of America. She is passionate about acoustics and performing arts design with 40 years of regional, national and international experience. When not at work you will find her cycling, hiking or skiing.
Victoria (Tori) Donovan, Attorney, Kutak Rock LLP - Business lawyer for growth oriented small to mid- size businesses helping with all cycles of growth, contracts, financing, employment, M&A. She loves the outdoors, watching her kids sports and helping businesses succeed.
Victoria Hatfield, Marketing and Strategy Lead at Hord Coplan Macht, has been leading B2B Market- ing and BD efforts in the AEC industry for over 2 decades. She enjoys helping experts understand their role in winning business and developing strategies for growth. Born and raised in the mountains of Colorado, that is exactly where you will find her in her free time.

Tristin Gleason, EVP of Development at SDV, Corp. With a long career in managing capital improvement projects she leads teams through entitlements, due diligence, team selection, Contracts, construction and overall owner advisement related to development projects. She adores her 2 teenage boys, loves seeing her client's businesses thrive in their built space and getting to work with all the amazing people within the AEC industry.
Deborah Snyder leads the Subsurface Utility Engineering department at Goodbee & Associates. Utilizing her 20 years civil engineering experience, she launched this new department for a well-known firm, creating an utility services pow- erhouse company in industry. Deborah is an avid outdoorsperson in all seasons.
Sandra Scanlon, PE is Sr. Director of AIM Development at Denver International Airport. She loves leading teams to suc- cess and volunteering for Habitat and other STEM outreach causes. Sandra's mantra is “Courage is not the lack of fear. It’s acting in spite of it.” Mark Twain
Karla Nugent is a founding partner and chief development officer of Weifield Group Contracting, a commercial and industrial electrical contractor in CO, TX and WY. Weifield has grown to over 550+ employees and continues to be a Denver Post Top Workplaces.
