  Considering the great need for
her professional expertise, Claudia was able to provide electrical, instrumentation and controls engineering solutions within her new, manageable schedule, for various clients. Her client base grew to include other large specialty engineering companies, government entities, end users-operators, etc. The industries
for which she provided engineering included environmental, oil & gas, US government (NASA), power generation, chip manufacturing facilities, chemical plants, metals and minerals, etc.
In the year 2000, her husband who was working as the VP of Engineering and Project Operations for a very
large international engineering and construction management company, joined Claudia and they started growing the business. Shortly after, twelve other multifaceted engineering professionals were added – completing the conversion of the company to a multi-discipline engineering service provider. With this team, Samuel Engineering had the resolve that no project would be too challenging; hence, their motto, ‘We provide solutions’ to our clients’ challenges.
It’s with that spirit and attitude that Samuel Engineering now employs over 250 professionals with offices in Denver, Wyoming and Texas (Abilene and Tyler), specializing in energy (oil and gas, hydrogen, renewable energy) and metals & minerals (base and precious metals, transition metals), among other specialties. SE has completed hundreds of projects in, most US mainland States, in Alaska and Hawaii, and internationally in Central and South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, Russia, etc. What’s more, during the pandemic, in
2021, an additional sister company, currently with over 200 employees, SAMUEL EPC, LLC, was created
to focus on EPC, fabrication and modularization projects. Samuel
EPC is located in Abilene Texas on a contiguous 40-acre fabrication facility.

Iron Ore Concentrator - Utah
Samuel Engineering completed
the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM)
for this 8,000 tons per day (tpd) concentrator and all ancillary facilities.
Natural Gas Processing
Plant - Colorado
This facility produces approximately 12,000 barrels/day (bbls/day) of Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) and 6,000 bbls/day of condensate. Samuel Engineering provided multi- discipline detailed engineering design, procurement, and project/ construction management services for the project.
Gold Processing Facility - Alaska
Samuel Engineering performed the detailed engineering design and procurement for this gold processing facility. The plant was designed to process 7,000 metric tons per day (mtpd) of gold ore.
Iron and Gold Feasibility
Study - Argentina
Samuel Engineering performed a feasibility study (and due diligence) to support a mine in Argentina.
