Colorado Barricade Teams with MERIDIAN to Bring Certified Solutions for Outdoor Dining, Farmers' Markets and Protest Response
Colorado Barricade has been providing traffic management solutions for years. But the challenges facing today’s communities call for a new solution that is built for safety and certified to be effective.
The Archer 1200 portable vehicle barrier is quick to deploy, flexible to use and recommended by law enforcement and fire departments as the go-to solution in protecting people and property from errant or hostile vehicles.
The Archer 1200 is actively protecting the following scenarios in cities around the country.
Outdoor Dining - Social distancing has led to many communities opening up downtown areas to street dining. Putting cars and people in such proximity requires careful planning and certified protection. Let us help you with best practices in place from Los Angeles to Miami Beach.
Farmers’ Markets - Temporary street closures need more than cones and wooden barricades to provide safety to merchants and shoppers. The Archer 1200 is a quick deploy solution which provides certified protection as well as seamless pedestrian flow.
Protests and Demonstrations - The current social climate will continue to bubble as we head toward the November elections. Archer barriers have been
repeatedly brought in to protect property as well as peaceful protestors. For planned demonstrations, we can work with law enforcement to create a designated area that contains the protest and keeps cars clear or people marching through streets.
Colorado Barricade is excited to bring this new solution to the area. With 700 lbs of American made steel and engineering that stops a head-on collision, the Archer 1200 replaces concrete and water barriers which are slow to deploy and ineffective in these high-risk scenarios.

Zeppelin Development Positions Office Space to Address Covid-19 Concerns
Design protocols, shorter lease terms and welcoming, open-air environments intended to help companies and their employees cope with the need to perform from a workplace during COVID-19
As an outcome of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the fact that “working from home” isn’t the best option for many companies that need interaction and collaboration to succeed, the Zeppelin team is stepping-up its already proven formula for productive and safe office space.
Some of the approaches the Zeppelin team are taking includes:
• Shorter term, one- and two-year leases with flat lease rates so business owners aren’t locked-into long term, fluctuating leases during unpredictable times.
• Low-scale, walk-up buildings so elevator use is limited and people can use the open stairways (Zeppelin
is also working with local artists to paint and add artwork to their stairways to make them more inviting and enjoyable to use).
• Roll-up, glass garage doors (a Zeppelin design staple) in office units so fresh air is abundant.
• Streamlined office spaces that are fully built-out and fully furnished to ease the decision-making process for tenants and help with cost-containment.
• Providing smaller office spaces to companies (with four- to ten-person occupancy) that need
to downsize.
• Green-roof walkouts with native landscaping and community gardens
Zeppelin Development has 12 office buildings providing more than 700,000 square feet of space.
