Sherri Lindsey, VP, Sales and Marketing, has over 25 years of experience. She joined Concepts in Millwork, a commercial architectural millwork company in Colorado Springs, in 2010. Sherri oversees business development, manages customer accounts, and helps set the strategic direction. Since joining Concepts, the Company’s sales have more
than doubled.

  Nija Jones
Nija Jones is a rising star in the construction industry. Her ambition, diligence and meticulous working habits make her one of E Light’s most valued employees. Before pursuing a career as an electrician, Nija worked as a floor manager at a local oil change company. However, she always felt like she was paid far less than what she was worth. Upon hearing about an opening in E Light Electric’s outstanding apprenticeship

will be responsible for overseeing terminations as well. “Becoming an electrician is such a rewarding challenge and a healthy fear of failure is needed in order to succeed.” Nija said.

Nija says that the patience and knowledge of her field supervisors are the two key factors to her success. “There’s no other profession for me that breeds ambition, diligence, meticulousness and respect. Respect for electricity and respect for the person working next to me.”
