 Riverwalk at Castle Rock
Riverwalk at Castle Rock, a $63 million mixed-use development in Castle Rock, is a catalytic project that includes 230 residential units and 15,000 square feet of ground level retail and restaurant space, as well as 34,000 square feet
of office space. It is the result of a $7 million investment by the town of Castle Rock and helps to redefine the heart of Downtown Castle Rock.
The development includes two blocks of downtown Castle Rock (bookending both sides of Sellars Gulch along Wilcox Street), and consists of a mix of retail, office, and residential uses. Tenants include Great Divide Brewery and Roadhouse, Craft Co-Working and Renew Spa
and Salon. Parking is provided one level below each building and at
the street level, behind the retail sections. Confluence Companies is the developer, Confluence Builders served as the general contractor and Craine Architecture as the architect.
Encore
The Encore project, which is being developed by Confluence Companies, includes a seven story building including residential, retail and
office space on the west side of the building adjacent to Wilcox Street and a parking garage on the east side

adjacent to Perry Street. The project also includes a plaza area by Town Hall and an additional plaza space by Wilcox Street. The ground floor will contain retail and office space, while floors two through seven will house 124 for-sale condos. The parking garage includes 601 spaces total, 308 of which will be for public use. Sales of condominiums have gone extremely well, including the sale of a penthouse unit to former Denver Nugget Chris Anderson and his business partner.
Encore is surrounded by an abundance of restaurants, impressive retail, 29,000 square feet of commercial space and the 84,000 square foot Castle Rock Recreation Center and Festival Park. The development provides walkability and added luxuries including amazing
views, livable and spacious floor plans, and a long list of amenities ranging from on-site parking, a dog park,
club room, and even fitness facilities featuring a golf simulator and hot tub.
Confluence Builders is the general contractor for the project and Pivotal Architecture is the architect.
