The Broadleaf - a mixed-use, multiifamily complex being built in Aurora. Wilder - a new multifamily community in downtown Denver.
In addition to One River North,
The Max Collaborative is also involved in The Wilder multifamily project near Empower Field (being developed along with NAVA Real Estate), and The Broadleaf mixed- use development (being headed
by Uplands Real Estate Partners; Wynne Yasmer Real Estate is also a partner on the project) located within the Fitzsimmons Village, across from the Anschutz Medical Campus.
Set along West Colfax Avenue at the crossroads between downtown Denver and the west side, Wilder will present a new multifamily community that blends modern living with the natural spirit of Colorado. Designed with 196 for- rent residences and a diverse array of amenities meant to inspire physical fitness and socialization, Wilder residents will enjoy living in a forward-thinking community that |
is both an ode to the area’s art deco past and designed with high-design and technology in mind. Davis Partnership is the architect for Wilder and Saunders Construction is the general contractor.

about 9,000 square feet of ground- floor retail space. One of the most noticeable differences is that The Broadleaf will be built with light- gauge steel versus an all-wood frame, meaning the building has far better acoustics, addresses common noise issues, and can support a pool on its rooftop. Davis Partnership is the
architect for The Broadleaf and JE Dunn Construction is the general contractor.

They are functional, timeless and inspiring spaces. We like to work on projects that not only excite us but will excite the people who will ultimately live there.”
There probably isn’t a project in all of Colorado that is inspiring more excitement by its unique design than One River North in the RiNo Arts District. Designed by the internationally renowned firm MAD Architects, and envisioned by the
