“The surrounding community is discovering what a welcoming and fun place Belleview Station has become,” said Brooke.
“We’re also very accessible with a pioneering shared parking program that makes the unused portions of our office and residential garages – with over 4,000 total parking spaces – available to shoppers and diners during the off-peak times of the other uses: residential during the day and office after work. Parking here should never be an issue, as there are plenty of spaces in the garages that are free of charge for the first three hours and a dollar
an hour after that.”
Brooke, Trey and the entire team (which also includes Dutch and Bob) are very proactive in their communication with tenants, residents and building owners. Monthly owner meetings are held
to share ideas, concerns or just good news in general.
“It’s a great way to collaborate and keep the lines of communication open, which helps us to stay true to our vision. Belleview Station is
a community in every sense of the word.” noted Brooke.
While the family is no longer growing winter wheat, they are certainly cultivating one of the most successful and sought after developments in the entire metro area. It’s a good thing for everyone who lives, works and plays at Belleview Station that the family farm didn’t end-up in the hands of someone with a lesser vision.
"I have had the pleasure of working with the Bansbach and Warren families over the past 25 years
on the planning, design and implementation of the Belleview Station TOD. Several of us at Civitas worked in lock-step with the properties’ original owners Dutch Bansbach and Bob Warren to craft the project’s visionary General Development Plan, which leverages the light-rail station directly adjacent to the property to foster a dense, mixed-use urban environment unique to the Denver region.
I’ve been proud to be integrally involved in each project that
has come on line, and to see our collective vision for Belleview Station come to reality: great street life, wonderful public spaces and great architecture. I look forward
to working with Trey Warren and Brook Bansbach Maloy to complete the remaining parcels and build on the great quality of urban space and unique character for which it is becoming known."

"We are excited for the Kimpton Hotel to join such a vibrant
setting at Belleview Station. The neighborhood already enjoys such a wonderful sense of place and
the diversity of the businesses, restaurants, and architecture makes Belleview Station the center of all South Denver with even greater additions to come."

"RK Electrical, in collaboration with Milender White, recently completed work on the impressive OneSeven Project at Belleview Station. This development features 250 high-end apartments, parking, retail spaces, indoor amenities and a rooftop pool and spa.
Our team delivered expert solutions and top-notch craftsmanship
to execute the electrical infrastructure of the OneSeven Project. Skilled professionals designed and installed two 4,000- amp switchboards and a 600
KW generator, ensuring reliable power for the entire complex. Our team also provided energy- efficient lighting and electric vehicle chargers, showcasing our commitment to sustainability. Additionally, the installation of
a complete fire alarm system and other low-voltage systems demonstrates our attention to detail and dedication to safety.
