Laraine Saldivar
Laraine Salvidar joined DIRC Homes with strong business development experience in the general contracting space and equally strong management experience in other industries. Laraine is a natural and avid networker – building and maintaining key relationships in all corners of the Denver business community. She is also quite active with professional groups like NAIOP and Urban Land Institute. Laraine is involved in local nonprofits, such as, Rocky Mountain Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Project Angel Heart. In her very little spare time, Laraine enjoys outdoor activities – especially camping, kayaking, hiking and beach getaways.
Laraine Saldivar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Development.
Flintco Announces Promotion and Three New Hires
Flintco is proud to announce the promotion of Steve Eikanger to President of Flintco’s Southwest Region, which includes Colorado and New Mexico. Steve opened Flintco's Denver office in 2018 and quickly attracted a strong team of construction industry professionals while steadily growing client base in the Denver area. His broad experience in operations, preconstruction, construction technology and Lean/Integrated approaches allowed
him to excel and build a strong team. Steve is active in
our industry and in his community. He is on the Advisory Board for the University of Colorado Denver’s Construction Engineering and Management program where he has collaborated with faculty studying the effects of altitude and extreme weather on construction workers.
Superintendent Don Werner, joined Flintco with a background as an Air Force electrician. His experience traverses mechanical and electrical expertise, project management, and quality control, allowing Don to

integrate procedures and processes, as well as risk management strategies for field operations. His experience includes high-profile projects in healthcare, education, and government markets.
Joining Flintco as Senior Estimator, Darrenn Call brings 15 years of experience in operations and preconstruction. Darrenn’s integrated and cooperative approach in preconstruction lends to the success of projects and exceptional trade partners relationships. His experience includes healthcare facilities, education, office buildings, federal, and hospitality projects.
Chris DuPris, project engineer, joins the Flintco Denver team, supporting our regional efforts on the Rapid City Health Center project. His extensive background with Indian Health Services will prove instrumental with Flintco’s Native American clients and our history as
a company.
