 Humphries Poli Architects (HPA) is celebrating their 25th anniversary in April! HPA has consistently been acknowledged by peers as a highly inspired force with a mission of designing livable communities that INSPIRE their participants, SUSTAIN their resources and BRING JOY to their users. Regionally recognized with over 70 awards, the firm has proudly been a leader in the architectural evolution of the Mountain West. A talented staff dedicated to excellence has made a difference through inspired and thoughtful designs.

With this milestone celebration HPA deemed it appropriate to mark the opportunity by giving back to the communities they have been so privileged
to serve by providing volunteer services to a group
of 25 charities over the upcoming months. Non- profit organizations including former clients such
as the St. Francis Community Center and Denver Public Libraries as well as organizations like Jefferson County Open Spaces and Food for Thought will be the recipient of the firm’s commitment to giving back.

JVA, Incorporated Announces Denver Office Expansion
JVA, Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of its office location in Denver. The JVA Denver office opened in 2015 and is prominently located in the Writer Square Building at the corner of 16th and Larimer Streets.
This recent expansion adds 15 work stations, a second conference room, expanded kitchen. These additions provide the opportunity to collaborate more closely with clients in the Denver area.
Riverwalk at Castle Rock Welcomes First Tenants
Riverwalk at Castle Rock, a $63 million mixed-use development in Castle Rock, is pleased to announce that it has welcomed its first residents, a restaurant, brewery and ice cream shop. The catalytic project includes 230 residential units and 15,000 square feet of ground level retail and restaurant space, as well as 34,000 square
feet of office space. The first retailers to announce their Riverwalk location include family-owned Glacier Ice Cream and Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse.

Nur Hossain has been a Geocal Project Manager for nearly two years and has over 12 years experience. Nur is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas, and will assume Senior Project Manager and Presidential duties.
Greg Perzinski has been the Vice President in charge
of Geocal’s construction management, inspection, and materials testing services for nearly nine years and has been a minority stock holder and principal of the firm for two. Greg will continue to lead the largest division of the firm, as well as the business development efforts.
Ron Vasquez has been President and majority owner of Geocal for nearly 30 years. Under Ron’s direction, the firm has grown from an office of one to a staff of 50, providing services in geotechnical engineering, construction management, inspection and materials testing. He has been instrumental in establishing a conscious capitalism and stakeholder management system at Geocal. Ron will continue with Geocal as
a Senior Engineer and will help the firm as a mentor of young professionals, major project pursuits, and review of engineering analyses and reports.
