Susie Lanners, a well-known and respected marketing professional in Colorado joins W.E. O'Neil - a powerhouse general contractor with offices in AZ, CA, CO, IL, TN, and TX.

W.E. O’Neil is pleased to welcome Susie Lanners as its new Marketing and Proposal Manager. Susie brings more than a decade of marketing experience, with strengths in creative communications and elevating the construction industry through compelling, strategic storytelling. She will lead all marketing, communications, and public relations efforts, as well as oversee pursuits across multiple sectors including government and municipal, education, and commercial, supporting W.E. O’Neil’s 100-year legacy as a nationally ranked general contractor.
