Kentro Group Unveils 170-Unit Mixed-Use Project for Denver’s Platt Park

Kentro Group has submitted plans for a major redevelopment at the northwest corner of Louisiana Avenue and Pearl Street in Denver’s Platt Park neighborhood. The proposed five-story mixed-use project will consolidate nine parcels into a single structure featuring 170 rental units, 14,000 square feet of retail, 6,000 square feet of office space, and 303 structured parking spaces.

Designed by The Mulhern Group with civil engineering by K2 Civil Consultants and landscaping by R Design, the development will remain within a 64-foot height limit and comply with Denver’s mandatory affordable housing policy.
