Cator, Ruma & Associates Names Blake Winter as new President, Jim Lazzeri to retire.

As Cator, Ruma & Associates continues to evolve and strengthen our commitment to excellence in consulting engineering, we are pleased to share important news regarding a meaningful leadership transition within our firm. As of December 31, 2025, Jim Lazzeri will be retiring as President, and Blake Winter will be named the new President of Cator, Ruma & Associates. This change will honor our legacy, while positioning us for continued success in the years ahead.
