The Utah-based beverage manufacturer currently employs about 1,300 people in Colorado and produces more than 230 beverage options across more than 60 brands. The new facility will replace the company’s 90-year-old Denver plant and is designed to support long-term growth, meet rising customer demand, and advance corporate sustainability targets. Swire plans to pursue LEED Gold certification for the 620,000-square-foot facility, citing goals for high energy and water efficiency performance.
Construction is slated to begin in 2026.
