Ogdon Ventures Adds to Portfolio and Completes Acquisition of AIA Industries Inc.
AIA Industries Inc., a leading skylight manufacturer and plastic fabricator, has been acquired by Ogdon Ventures, a family-run private equity firm seeking investments in the lower middle market. With a vision toward growth, Ogdon Ventures has hired David Wilkins (at left) to serve as President and CEO of the new organization, AIA Industries, LLC.

AIA Industries, LLC has been in business since 1977 and operates two divisions. The skylight division focuses on developing high-end architectural daylighting solutions for residential and commercial applications and has a product line of standard and custom structural and domed skylights. The second division fabricates and vacuum forms plastic, including light fixture lenses, display cases and point of purchase displays.
