OLC, an international architecture, interior design and aquatics design firm, has recently moved its Denver headquarters to a new office above SPACE Gallery at 400 Santa Fe Drive in Denver.
OLC is thrilled to be a part of the energy and life that is being put back into the Sun Valley neighborhood. The art gallery and event space at the new location will complement OLC’s creativity and visualization techniques. OLC will also be sharing office space with technology firm By the Pixel. The collaborative work environment and co-location of creative firms enhances OLC’s current working model and will allow the firm to continue to grow.
Bob McDonald, CEO and Senior Principal at OLC, has been with the firm since 1996. He’s extremely excited about the firm’s decision to move to the art district while staying close to our old location at STEAM and continuing to support organizations within our community.
“Art and Architecture go together, and so we loved the idea of occupying the offices at SPACE Gallery from the very beginning. The modern office was already equipped with the workstations, meeting rooms and open areas we need to be thrive collaboratively and is flooded with natural light. It will be a great home for our business for many years to come.”
OLC has designed fitness, recreation, and wellness projects worldwide and maintains additional locations in Orlando, Tokyo and Cairo. Locally, OLC is currently working on the new Frisco Adventure Center, Berthoud Town Park, the Equestrian and 4-H facility at The Ranch Events Complex and the Margaret Carpenter Recreation Center Renovation in Thornton. Nationally, OLC recently completed the Lake Nona Performance Club in Orlando, FL and Hancock Health at Healthway Park in New Palestine, IN. OLC Orlando is also currently working on the Mary Sue Rich Community Center in Ocala and the Palm Beach County Homeless Resource Center 2 in West Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
OLC will be occupying the 2nd Floor of Space Gallery. Founded in 2001, SPACE Gallery has been representing and supporting mid-career and established local and national artists through curated programing and art consulting. The gallery’s program focuses primarily on abstraction with an emphasis on new and innovative media. The purpose-built gallery is an architectural treat providing an ideal modern backdrop for the artwork it houses.
