Prism Welcomes Exceptional Occupants

Shea Properties is proud to announce the activation of Prism, a sleek, new gemstone office building in the heart of Denver’s financial district by welcoming three prestigious tenants. Unmistakable at 999 17th Street, Prism’s exterior is distinguished by six angled glass planes that shatter conventional thinking and establish a high-profile presence unlike any other.

“We are thrilled to welcome 801 Fish, Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc., and FTI Consulting to Prism,” says Peter Culshaw, Executive Vice President of Shea Properties. A small-floor plate building, exclusivity is an essential aspect of Prism’s appeal as home to a best-in-class collection of occupants.

801 Fish will activate Prism’s street-level corner in the first quarter of 2020 with a hip, crisp dining and drinks experience featuring pristine finned fish and crustaceans and an award-winning wine list. Vibrant and sophisticated, 801 Fish will beckon Happy Hour crowds and become an all-day destination at the intersection of business and pleasure.

Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. (EBI) is a privately-held, high technology conglomerate founded in 1836.  EBI’s headquarters will take occupancy of the 9th floor in August, with a logo prominently displayed on the building.

FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm dedicated to risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and change management has taken the 7th floor. FTI, the first to occupy, arrived in May of 2019.

“These businesses embody prestige and leadership. They reflect the tenants we are attracting to the most distinctive office building in downtown Denver,” says Culshaw.

Beyond the architecture, Prism checks all the boxes on office amenities; offers nearly unlimited parking through an expansive garage; and features exceptional views. Shea Properties is actively exploring similar partnerships with preeminent businesses that value a bespoke address as a measure of success.
