FLIGHT has the most extensive green roof in Colorado, with spaces that open up to rolling hills and tree groves along with integrated solar arrays. Its 13,000 square-foot green roof and 1700-Kilowatt solar photovoltaic array offset about 20 percent of the building’s electricity use. Predating Colorado’s Green Roof Initiative (which was backed and supported by Zeppelin Development) FLIGHT is anticipated to achieve LEED Platinum making it one of the highest-performing recently constructed commercial buildings in Colorado. FLIGHT was designed by award-winning Dynia Architects.

The HFF debt placement team representing the borrower was led by Denver-based director, Leon McBroom.
