Andrew Grawe Joins DCPS as Landscape Division Manager
DCPS, welcomes Andrew Grawe as Landscape Division Manager, overseeing maintenance, irrigation, installation, and arbor care operations.
Grawe brings more than a decade of comprehensive experience in the landscape industry, with a background spanning landscape and irrigation design, installation, and long-term maintenance. His career progression includes roles in production management, account management, and division leadership, with a focus on commercial landscape construction and operations-driven service delivery.
In his new role, Grawe is responsible for leading the landscape team, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution that exceeds industry standards across a wide range of property types.

Throughout his career, Grawe has led sales and operations teams on complex, large-scale projects, including a $3 million irrigation renovation and retrofit for a major municipal cemetery, as well as the successful delivery of multiple Parks and Recreation spaces across Colorado’s Front Range. His work reflects a consistent ability to manage demanding environments while delivering results aligned with client expectations and operational goals.
Grawe’s leadership and project outcomes have been recognized by the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado (ALCC), including earning a Gold Award in Residential Maintenance. These honors underscore his commitment to operational excellence, client satisfaction, and high-touch service performance.
