With a three-decade track record in construction management and commercial development on projects up to $75 million, Ellis is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. His expertise in overseeing high-rise construction, mixed-use developments and property restoration, combined with his ability to manage projects from feasibility analysis through to completion, enhances DCPS’s capabilities. As the holder of a General Contractor “A” License and LEED Accreditation, Ellis brings the technical knowledge and sustainable practices needed to lead larger and more intricate projects.
