Broncos Celebrate Placement of Last Piece of Timber for New Facility in ‘Topping Out’ Ceremony

Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit Celebrates Construction Milestone

The Denver Broncos celebrated the topping out of their cutting-edge training facility, Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit, at 7325 South Potomac Street in Centennial, CO. During the ceremony, team President Damani Leech delivered remarks as media and staff signed the final beam before it was hoisted into place, symbolizing a major milestone in the project’s development.

Designed by HOK and built by Turner Construction Company, the 320,000-square-foot, privately funded complex will bring football and business operations together in one state-of-the-art hub. The facility emphasizes sustainability and performance, with modern features tailored to support both athletes and fans as the Broncos move into their next chapter.

The new facility is projected to be open in May of 2026.

Why Broncos Park "Powered by" CommonSpirit?

The Broncos and CommonSpirit Health teamed up to tackle food insecurity as part of their work together to impact the community. Denver Broncos Foundation and CommonSpirit Health partnered to support the Food Bank of the Rockies' Totes of Hope program and are also featured on a co-branded food delivery truck.

In total, the Denver Broncos Foundation and CommonSpirit Health's partnership is supporting 32 Colorado counties and all 23 Wyoming counties to collectively impact the issue of food insecurity in our communities.
