Milestone Celebrated at 260 North, Cherry Creek North’s Newest Mixed-Use Treasure

The topping out at 260 North Josephine means Cherry Creek North is one step closer to more office, retail, and parking space in this popular Denver neighborhood.
Owner Elevation Development Group (EDG), architectural designer Open Studio Architecture, and general contractor GE Johnson Construction Co. have collaborated to deliver this tremendous project across multiple zoning boundaries and in an extremely dense work area.

260 North combines 55,000 square feet of office space on four levels; 11,000 square feet of street-level retail space; and three levels of below-grade parking. EDG is excited to play a role in providing the area with a high-end, unique mixed-use space.

The project is expected to complete in July 2019.
