Hotel Indigo® Set to Break Ground in Silverthorne

Nightcap Hospitality, REV Development, Milender White, and InterContinental Hotel’s Group (IHG) are proud to announce that Hotel Indigo has been selected as the brand for the hotel at Silverthorne’s new 4th Street Crossing development. Part of the $100 million town center development, Hotel Indigo will start construction this fall, and will start booking rooms in the fall of 2020. The Indigo will feature 115 rooms, an indoor pool and an independent restaurant and bar with outdoor patio seating in the hotel’s courtyard. The hotel will also provide guests with a state of the art fitness experience, ski, boot and bike lockers and a business center. Additionally, Nightcap will manage the 6,000 sq. ft. event space in the market hall directly across from the hotel that will be ideal for weddings, conferences and more.

Milender White is the master developer for the 4th Street Crossing development in Silverthorne. Located north of I-70 off Highway 9/Blue River Parkway, the redevelopment Hotel Indigo® Set to Break Ground in Silverthorne area encompasses 3.8 acres between 4th and 3rd Streets. The project is approximately two city blocks in length and will establish a “town core” for downtown Silverthorne. In addition to the new Hotel Indigo, 4th Street Crossing will feature for-sale condos and townhomes, retail, a transit center, parking garage and a 29,000-sq. ft. market hall.
