South Platte Crossing, an important affordable housing project, celebrated a significant milestone today with a Topping Out ceremony. Over 100 guests, including subcontractors, key project partners, and members of Alliance Construction Solutions, gathered to honor the hard work and dedication of the teams whose efforts have been pivotal in bringing this project closer to fruition.
South Platte Crossing will feature a four-story residential building with 60 units and an additional parking floor, covering a total area of 76,358 square feet. The development emphasizes affordability and accessibility, located near local transit options. Additionally, the project includes a central green space and designated areas for local artists, fostering community engagement and creativity.
Alliance Construction Solutions hosted the event, celebrating the collective efforts that have brought the building to life. Guests enjoyed a BBQ lunch provided by Smokehouse BBQ, adding to the day's festivities.
