ECI Breaks Ground on High Note Regional Park

After much anticipation, ECI Site Construction Management has officially broken ground on Phase I of High Note Regional Park in Lone Tree. This milestone was celebrated at a groundbreaking ceremony on April 29, attracting more than 100 attendees and numerous community partners.

High Note Regional Park will span 80 acres and include numerous amenities in the first phase: Two multipurpose fields with sports lighting, accessible playground, festival terrace for community events, splash pad, trail connection to the new Happy Canyon Regional Trail, dog park, beer garden with large seating area, food truck area, restroom building, and a parking lot. A particularly unique aspect of the park is “The Braid,” an interwoven promenade of paths that will serve as the connecting walkway throughout the length of the entire park and allow visitors easy access to the north and south sides of the park.

The park will be conveniently located off of I-25 and RidgeGate Parkway in Lone Tree and will be connected to the Denver Metro through the RidgeGate Station to provide optimum access for its visitors. In addition, High Note Regional Park is adjacent to the future Lone Tree City Center, a 50-block urban center, both of which will accommodate community growth.

This $31 million endeavor is a collaboration among numerous entities: City of Lone Tree, South Suburban Parks & Recreation, Artaic Group, OJB Landscape Architecture, and ECI Site Construction Management.
