168-unit multifamily development advances toward anticipated fall 2026 completion.
Construction continues to move forward at Oaks Ridge at 64th, a 161,375-square-foot multifamily development that will include 168 market-rate residences across four residential buildings and a clubhouse.
Exterior work has advanced significantly across the residential buildings, with siding, balconies, windows and roofing largely in place. Construction also continues throughout the site and at the clubhouse as the project progresses through later phases of work.
Plans for Oaks Ridge at 64th include a fitness center, game room, resident lounge and surface parking. The project is currently anticipated to be completed in fall 2026.
Inner Circle Capital is the project owner, with Brown Collective Architecture + Design serving as architect and Brinkman Construction serving as general contractor. Oaks Ridge at 64th represents Inner Circle Capital’s first development project in Colorado.
Construction will continue across the residential buildings, clubhouse and site as the development moves toward completion.
