Ochiltree Block Infill Project Wins Historic Denver 2025 Remix Award
Selected from 20 entries, Bryant Flink Architecture + Design’s context-sensitive approach for the urban infill project at 2935 Zuni Street in Denver received Historic Denver’s 2025 Remix Award. The project included the design of a new 32-unit residential building with ground-floor retail, called The Griffin, and the updating of 12 units in the adjacent historic Ochiltree Block building.
Ochiltree Block, constructed in 1892 for commercial use, is a Denver landmark. Bryant Flink’s design for The Griffin accentuates and complements the historic structure and highlights its late-19th-century detailing.
