Experience Senior Living Brings Luxury to Lone Tree with New Showroom Opening!

Experience Senior Living celebrated the grand opening of its showroom at The Reserve at Lone Tree on August 29th.

The Reserve at Lone Tree, ESL's first senior living community under its new luxury brand, is located within the RidgeGate master-planned development. When completed in early 2025, the Reserve will include a nine-story building featuring 124 independent living units and a five-story building featuring 60 assisted living and 24 memory care units. The development will also include a below-grade parking garage, a robust 22-inch post-tensioned deck and an infinity structure for the residential towers. The amenity space will feature a durable structural steel framework, all within a 46,000-square-foot footprint.

The Reserve brand breaks the mold of traditional senior housing communities by delivering exceptional amenities, cuisine crafted from locally sourced, organic ingredients, and programs ranging from culinary workshops to art classes – all in opulent surroundings.

Additionally, two other Reserve communities are currently under development. Both are in the Washington, D.C. area: The Reserve at Strathmore Square and The Reserve at Falls Church. Like The Reserve at Lone Tree, both communities include stunning design, world-class amenities, and organic, chef-prepared menus.

The Lone Tree showroom will highlight the exceptional finishes, design, and quality craftmanship featured in the development, allowing future community members the opportunity to craft their desired residence.
