Alcorn Construction hires Jeanne Shaffer, new Director of Land Use Entitlements
Alcorn Construction proudly hires Jeanne Shaffer as their new Director of Land Use Entitlements.
Jeanne brings nearly 20 years of experience to Alcorn, having served as Planner II for the City of Centennial and Jefferson County, the Site Development Manager for Galloway & Co., Director of Entitlement Services at Chadwick Land Use Entitlements Planning & Consulting Company, and worked at Groundwork Entitlement Services. Most recently, she held the post of Director of Land Use Entitlements for Confluent Development.
Jeanne graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design, Planning & Real Estate and master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Economic Development & Real Estate from the University of Colorado. Additionally, she earned certificates in Project Management and Water Resources from Colorado State University.
The new Director of Land Use Entitlements will expedite Alcorn Construction’s processes throughout planning and permitting, helping customers get into their spaces faster and at a lower cost. It will also allow the company to offer a new suite of services centered around entitlement and due diligence services, even for projects outside of Alcorn’s portfolio of future construction projects.
Jeanne will primarily serve customers in Alcorn Construction’s Denver office but will work on projects for the company’s Phoenix office as needed.
