JR Engineering Adds Daniel Clark, PE, as New Principal

Daniel Clark - JR EngineeringJR Engineering, a leading Colorado engineering and surveying firm for 50 years, welcomes Daniel R. Clark, PE, as a new principal of the firm. Clark will continue his responsibilities as a group lead for JR’s Land Development Group for its Colorado Springs, Golden, and Fort Collins offices.

“Since joining the firm in 2012, Daniel has shown tremendous drive, growth, and leadership,” said Aaron Clutter, JR Engineering President. “Earning his new status as principal is well deserved and we look forward to his contributions for years to come.”

Clark joined JR Engineering’s Centennial office in 2012. With an undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University and master’s degree from University of Colorado Denver, his focus has been design and construction of public roadways, water, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer improvements.

“I am honored and excited to be invited to become a principal,” said Clark. “This was a goal of mine since I entered the workforce, and something I aspired to when I joined JR. I’m happy to have achieved this, especially as part of a company with a positive culture that values its people.”

Clark is presently a group lead in JR’s Golden office, where he utilizes more than a decade of professional experience in land development with an emphasis on value engineering and construction management.  His recent projects include district engineering for Pena Station, the Solstice development in Douglas County, Trails at Green Acres in Centennial, and the Conexus mixed-use development in Monument, along with various other commercial and residential projects up and down the Front Range. He looks forward to continuing to support, train, and grow JR’s most valuable asset, our outstanding staff.
