Matthew joins Howell after advancing through project engineering and senior project engineering roles with a Colorado-based general contractor, where he supported projects from initial setup through closeout. He also helped launch an internal AI committee, reflecting a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to improving construction workflows. His project experience range gives him a strong foundation in fast-track scheduling, occupied-space coordination, and multi-trade execution.

With more than seven years of field leadership experience, Brandon joins Howell directing daily jobsite execution, managing trade partner workflows, and upholding Howell’s safety, quality, and production standards to ensure consistent delivery for our clients and partners. He has led construction teams across both Colorado and regional markets, building a reputation for strong safety leadership, clear trade partner coordination, and steady schedule performance.

Davis brings a wide-ranging construction background across oil and gas, healthcare, and science and technology projects. His cross-sector experience adds valuable depth to our field team, strengthening our ability to adapt quickly, solve problems efficiently, and deliver high-quality results across a variety of project types.

“Each of these individuals bring technical knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and servant-leadership behavior, all which make our projects successful,” said Howell Vice President, Andrew Gilstrap. “As Howell continues to grow, Matthew, Brandon, and Davis will play important roles in maintaining the quality, safety, and consistency our clients and trade partners expect.”
