Creekside Village Brings 27 New Homes to the Ralston Creek Neighborhood
New Ownership Housing Planned for Arvada’s Ralston Creek Corridor
Creekside Village, a new residential development planned for Arvada’s Ralston Creek neighborhood, will bring 27 new for-sale townhomes to one of the city’s most active and connected corridors.
Developed by Sovereign Oak, Creekside Village is planned as a collection of three-story townhomes designed to offer modern living, flexible space and access to nearby parks, trails, shopping and entertainment. The project is expected to advance between 2026 and 2028.
The new townhomes will feature rooftop patios, open living balconies and two-car garages. A typical residence is expected to include approximately 1,840 square feet, two primary bedroom suites and an additional room that may serve as an office, guest room or third bedroom.

Located near Ralston-Central Park and the Ralston Creek Trail, Creekside Village is positioned for residents who value walkability, outdoor access and proximity to neighborhood amenities. Arvada Urban Renewal Authority selected Sovereign Oak for the project based on the company’s experience delivering townhome communities, including previous work in Arvada. The development adds another ownership opportunity to the Ralston Creek area, complementing nearby market-rate apartments, entry-level townhomes and affordable housing options.
Creekside Village reflects Arvada’s continued effort to expand housing choice while encouraging thoughtful development in established neighborhoods. By adding new for-sale homes in a walkable location, the project supports the city’s broader goals of creating connected, livable places for a range of residents.
