Wee-Cottage Model Homes Unveiled in Boulder Creek

Award-winning local homebuilder Boulder Creek Neighborhoods is thrilled to unveil a new wee-Cottage® model home at Rogers Farm in Superior on February 19th. With 25 homes already under contract, there is a demonstrated demand for attainably priced, efficient and cleverly designed homes in Boulder County.  In fact, wee-Cottage® is the most “affordable” new, single family home in Boulder County and these cleverly designed floorplans are appealing to a wide range of buyers looking to right size their lives and reduce home maintenance.

Boulder Creek introduced the wee-Cottage® concept nearly a decade ago in Longmont, Colorado, and has generated incredible demand and interest since, selling more than 200 wee-Cottages® in four neighborhoods across the Front Range.
