Palentir Cherry Creek Office Build-Out

Palantir Finds a New Home in Cherry Creek

Palantir Technologies, the most valuable tech company in the region, is moving its Denver offices from downtown’s Tabor Center to the Financial House in Cherry Creek at 205 Detroit Street. The $400 billion software firm has leased 11,363 square feet across the sixth and seventh floors, where renovations are underway to tailor the space to the company’s standards. The buildout, led by Rand Construction with design by M Moser Architects, includes new partitions, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, selective demolition, and high-end finishes, along with private offices and a single-user restroom.

The move continues Palantir’s Denver journey, which began in 2020 when the firm shifted its headquarters from Silicon Valley to the city. After a short stint on Blake Street, the company established its base in the Tabor Center at 1200 17th Street. Its latest relocation underscores a broader market trend: major firms moving out of older downtown office towers in favor of newer, boutique buildings in prime neighborhoods.

Financial House, a 70,000-square-foot office building completed in 2019 by BMC Investments and Bow River Capital, has quickly become a magnet for finance, technology, and investment tenants. Now owned by Sagard Real Estate, the property counts WeWork, UBS Financial Services, and Huntington National Bank among its occupants. Palantir’s arrival further cements Cherry Creek’s reputation as one of Denver’s most sought-after corporate addresses.
