Dominium Changes Name of Aurora, Colorado Affordable Housing Property to Acero at Metro Center

Formerly known as Atria at Metro Center, property is expected to begin leasing in September of 2025.

Dominium, a leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager announced today that its senior affordable senior housing development in Aurora, Colorado will be named Acero at Metro Center.

The four-story building will feature 222 apartment homes for seniors 55 and older who earn 30%-70% of the area’s median income. The 293,000 square foot complex is located near light rail and several major highways, shopping, medical centers and Denver International Airport. Amenities will include a clubhouse, a business center, an exercise facility, a library and a beauty salon. The community will also feature a pocket park and public art.

Acero at Metro Center will offer 105 one-bedroom and 116 two-bedroom apartments. The property is expected to begin leasing in September 2025 with availability beginning early in 2026.
