Immaculata Plaza Breaks Ground
Archdiocesan Housing, Inc., recently held a ceremonial groundbreaking to celebrate the start of the Immaculata Plaza Apartments.
Immaculata Plaza is a collaboration between Archdiocesan Housing, Inc., Medici Consulting Group, Kephart Architects and Alliance Construction Solutions. The project, located just west of 8th St in Greeley, includes the construction of a 3-story, 24,600 sq. ft. building that will provide 30 new senior living affordable housing apartments. The project will also include the renovation of 25 existing senior living apartments in the neighboring building.

Immaculata Plaza is expected to be completed Summer 2023.
